Senior Advocate Prakash Mani Sharma is a Visiting Attorney at Kathmandu University School of Law. He is contributing 12 hours teaching every year to the students of BBM,LL.B by way of lecture as a resource person for Public Interest Litigation in Nepal. He is also an external resource person of KUSL on Environment Law. Sharma has been advising the School of Law on its postgraduate law programme as well.

Prakash Mani Sharma has been practicing public interest litigation in the Supreme Court of Nepal for more than two decades. He is one of the founders of the Forum for the Protection of Public Interest (Pro Public), an NGO known for its public interest initiatives and human rights. He is the chairperson of the organization.

Sharma holds Master sin Comparative Law (MCL) from University of Delhi, India and LL.M in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from the Lewis and Clark College, Portland, USA. He has successfully litigated over dozens of public interest litigation in the Supreme Court of Nepal in the area of his expertise.
