 Opportunity for Innovative Research Fund Support

The Short Action Program in Non-Sewer Sanitation at School of Engineering invites application for Innovative Research Fund in Non- Sewered Sanitation. The Short Action program is implemented in collaboration with IHE-Delft to ‘Accelerate the Impact of Education & Training in Non-Sewered Sanitation’.

Eligibility

-       Undergraduate students from 3rd and 4th year with background preferably in Environmental Engineering, Environment Science, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at Kathmandu University.

 

Fund Amount

-       Up to Nrs 100,000 will be provided for the selected research area.

 

No. of research project

-       2 will be selected.

 

Selection:

-       The candidates will be selected based on application and interview. Only selected applications will be called for interview.

Research Theme

-       Faecal Sludge Management.
