THIRD LIST NOTICE FOR VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION 

 

It is hereby notified that the following applicants for 2012 undergraduate admission in School of Science and School of Engineering at Kathmandu University have been selected for verification of application and admission in the programs as indicated below:

1.     B.E. Electrical & Electronics – Communication

2.     B.E. Electrical & Electronics – Power & Control

3.     B.E. Civil (Hydropower)

4.     B.E. Computer

5.     B.E. Mechanical

6.     B.E. Geomatics      

7.    B.Tech. Biotechnology

8.   B.Pharm

 

Verification Process

Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department and school for Document Verification
and Admission by 3:00 pm, August 19, 2012

1.   Appear in person in the concerned department for document verification.

2.    Collect printed application form from concerned department.

3.     Attach a Photo (PP) in printed application form.

4.    Attach copies of the certificates, transcripts and citizenship certificates in the application form.

5.   Produce original documents to verify the copies of certificates and transcripts.

6.   In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be automatically rejected.

 

Admission Process

1.     Fill up the admission and registration forms. Attach Photos (PP) in all forms. (the forms can be obtained from respective Dean’s Office)

2.     Pay the required fee to Kathmandu University’s Account at any branch of the following bank.

Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. (NIBL) – A/C No.: 00501030250009

3.     Attach the bank voucher to the completed admission form and submit the forms to the respective Dean’s Office.

 

NOTES: 

  • Candidates who fail to complete the process by 3:00 pm, August 19, 2012 will not be considered for admission to the program.
  • Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
